NB-OT Labs wBCI equipment crated & moved then stored at an Undisclosed property by K.T Neuro-Labs of Alpha Health Clinics so NB-OT Labs are unequipped to continue further damage after 2012-2026 attacks & efforts after everything leading up to

K.T Neuro-Labs of Alpha Health Clinics keeps any form of brain technologies locked in rooms untouched unless a team that Sydney Nicola Bennett like others subjects know in person are granted access fir a term period in a controlled safe environment using safe practices

"NB-OT Labs had no legal right to hook Nic's brain & body up to anything in the first place. The Ontario based labs attempts to use people in Alberta between 2012-2026 was exposed"

Connected Calgary & Spruce Grove - Edmonton residences exist

Alberta is easy for Sydney Nicola Bennett to return to & live in or travel from. Alberta invested there since 2012 & others connected long before that. Simple transfer of documents at a registry & good to go for Health - Dental & Automotive or anything else

REPEATATIVE ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGES

"Sydney Nicola Bennett won't go down = to die"

The main goal of NB-OT Labs cluster 1 not 2 was not cause Sydney Nicola Bennett to die painfully after isolating & discrediting with efforts ripping off using wBCI's between 2012-2026 after efforts in review privately leading up to

Stakeholders. Supervisors. Operating handlers. 24 hour rotational teams with rotational teams, volunteers or guests flown in or driven in then accomplices Operating in contact with others connecting

ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGES

Efforts leading up to 2012 & 24 hours daily 2012-2026

Per attempt. One act. One account

We have recorded 15-3000 attempts (murder attempts on Sydney Nicola Bennett) daily between 2012-2026 after separate lesser efforts leading up to between different acts integrated on record

Attempted murder in Canada is a serious indictable offence under Section 239 of the Criminal Code, carrying a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. It requires proof of specific intent to kill. Mandatory minimum sentences apply if a firearm is used, ranging from 4 to 7 years depending on the circumstances.

New wBCI reference in wireless Brain technologies fall under negligence or equal to or worse than a firearm as a torture device if mis-used & illegally connected to the brain - body. NB-OT Labs cluster 1 not 2. Guilty (equivalent to a firearm)

Key Aspects of Attempted Murder Charges (s. 239)

• Intent: The Crown must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the accused intended to cause death, not just bodily harm.

Action: There must be a direct step taken towards committing the murder, moving beyond mere preparation.

Maximum Penalty: Life imprisonment.

Mandatory Minimum Sentences (Firearm Use)

• 4 Years: Use of any firearm, generally.

5 Years: First offense using a restricted or prohibited firearm, or for a criminal organization.

7 Years: Second or subsequent offense using a restricted or prohibited firearm.

Common Defences

• Lack of Intent: Arguing the actions were reckless rather than intended to kill, which may reduce the charge to aggravated assault.

Self-Defence: Acting to protect oneself or others.

Mistaken Identity/Alibi: Proving the accused was not the perpetrator.

Mental Disorder: [Not Criminally Responsible (NCR)] due to a mental disorder.

Attempted murder is a "straight indictable" offence, meaning it is among the most severe in Canadian law, with no option for summary conviction. Cases often involve complex evidence and require specialized legal defense to challenge the Crown's proof of intent.

"It is prove Sydney Nicola Bennett had to ride out these attacks while maintaining ones health & professional & private life during the investigation in building a case against. Bennett is injured, alive, still normal yet injured"

Taking over someone's brain - body from unmanned they are in conscious control to partial to full control using normal or light detention or harsher techniques is a crime. To then lock in consciousness & control muscles & wirelessly rape & use the body patching in as a second consciousness to get the body raped by someone else is a crime punishable by up to 10 years per act. Per account

Use of different genders & sexualities of different body sizes

To then brainwashing, shame & use that act against the victim directly using a wBCI & while contacting people behind their back & informing then showing guests to the lab is just harassment & torment forcing the victim to remember rather than allowing them to naturally focus on something else self-governing

"We have NB-OT Labs on over 100 acts wireless & over 20 under 30 physical involving rape separate from conscious choice"

ENTERTAINMENT IN PRISON LIKE PSYCH WARDS OR INSTITUTIONS

Inmates rarely have direct internet access to platforms like YouTube, but some facilities provide specialized, monitored tablets (e.g., from vendors like JPay) for restricted content. Access to educational, music, and limited video services often requires payment, with many inmates limited to day room TV access.

Key Aspects of Prison Digital Access:

• Restricted Tablets: Inmates may use prison-issued Android tablets for emails, educational materials, and games.

Contraband Risks: Access to the internet is generally restricted due to security risks.

Monitored Content: While some YouTube content might be available through specialized education apps, it is curated, and full YouTube access is usually prohibited.

Alternative Media: Many prison YouTubers, like those highlighted on Feedspot, are former inmates or run channels from the outside to share stories and resources.

"For people not wBCI affected at Standardized or Negligent if not Private interest labs involved that operated at or with NB-OT Labs cluster 1 between 2012-2026 & prior wanting Sydney Nicola Bennett to just die already!. Prison cell tablets to pass time between daily routines after bankruptcy"

TORMENT & wBCI TORMENT

"Tormenting" as a crime is generally classified under legal systems as torture, criminal harassment (stalking), or aggravated assault.

These acts involve the intentional infliction of severe physical or mental suffering.

Here is a breakdown of how "tormenting" crimes are defined and prosecuted based on recent legal contexts (as of 2026):

1. Criminal Harassment (Stalking/Mental Torment)

In Canada, section 264 of the Criminal Code makes it an offence to engage in conduct that causes a person to reasonably fear for their safety, often described as chronic tormenting or "bedeviling".

Prohibited Conduct: Repeatedly following, communicating with, or watching the victim, or threatening conduct.

Penalty: It is an indictable offence punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Mental Impact: The law recognizes that such actions cause serious anxiety, fear, and emotional distress.

2. Torture (Physical/Severe Mental Torment)

Definition: Under Canadian law (Section 269.1), torture is defined as intentionally inflicting severe pain or suffering—physical or mental—for purposes such as obtaining information, punishment, intimidation, or coercion.

Perpetrators: While traditionally applied to officials (police, military), it covers any person acting with the consent of an official.

Penalty: Indictable offence liable to imprisonment for up to 14 years.

International Law: The UN Convention against Torture defines it as severe pain inflicted by or with the acquiescence of a public official.

3. Aggravated Assault and Related Offenses
When torment is physical but does not fall strictly under the definition of state-sanctioned torture, it is often charged as aggravated assault or assault causing bodily harm.

• "Heinous" Crimes: Legal systems often have enhanced penalties for murders or assaults that involve "exceptional brutality or cruelty".

Torture Murder: A murder preceded by the torture of the victim generally attracts the highest degrees of punishment (e.g., life imprisonment).

4. Psychological Torture

This involves actions that break a victim's will through mental means rather than physical injury.

Examples: Sleep deprivation, mock executions, confinement in high-stress environments, or forcing someone to witness the torture of a loved one.

Effects: These methods are designed to cause severe anxiety and fear, which can be just as damaging as physical violence. Wikipedia +1

Key Aspects of "Torment" Crimes:

• Intent: The perpetrator acts to break the victim's will or create intense fear.

Power Imbalance: The victim is often in a position of powerlessness, such as in captivity, detention, or an abusive relationship.

Escalation: Stalking and harassment behavior often escalates into physical violence.

Behavioral Modification. Botched & Forced Sterilization & Gender - Sexuality Control

"NB-OT Labs attempts to change Sydney Nicola Bennett's gender or sexuality by force then covers using medical condition claims are a criminal offense going against natural consciousness choice. Very awkward for Sydney Nicola Bennett. Offensive & absurd damaging requests by those operating at or with NB-OT Labs between 2012-2026 or prior"

Sydney Nicola Bennett does not find males or non-thin & non-educated female births attractive to date or engage in sexual thought or relationship with & is specific to separating dating partner from others firmly & strictly

FORCEFUL SEXUAL & GENDER

Fear based threatening trauma control in general or mis-use of a wBCI

Forced sexual activity and attacks related to gender or sexuality are considered criminal offences under the Criminal Code of Canada. Any non-consensual sexual act that violates a person's sexual integrity is classified as sexual assault (sections 271-273), which is a serious crime.

Key Legal Aspects in Canada (As of 2026)

• Definition of Consent: Consent must be a voluntary, active, and ongoing agreement to engage in the specific sexual activity. Silence, passivity, or a previous sexual relationship does not equal consent.

Forced Sexual Activity: Forcing a partner into sexual activity is a crime, regardless of marital status.

Types of Sexual Assault:Level 1 (s. 271): General sexual assault (unwanted kissing, touching, or intercourse).

Level 2 (s. 272): Sexual assault with a weapon, threats, or causing bodily harm.

Level 3 (s. 273): Aggravated sexual assault (wounding, maiming, or endangering life).

Gender-Based Violence: Crimes committed based on gender identity or expression are recognized as serious offences. This includes non-consensual distribution of intimate images (including deepfakes), harassment, and extortion.

Criminal Harassment (Stalking): Engaging in threatening conduct that causes someone to fear for their safety is a crime under Section 264 of the Criminal Code.

Proposed 2025/2026 Legal Changes: Recent proposed changes to the Criminal Code include criminalizing "coercive control" (patterns of emotional/economic abuse), designating hate-motivated killings as first-degree murder, and increasing penalties for distributing intimate images without consent

LEVI MOINES & EVIDENCE + DESCRIPTIONS

We are unsure if Levi Moines was hooked up to a wBCI but NB-OT Labs had his family & him at NB-OT Labs cluster 1 spying on Jacqueline Francis Keller & Sydney Nicola Bennett's between 2012-2026 & prior dating back to 2006-2008 amongst others

Levi was a musician, artist, poet, a philosopher, confidant, and counsellor. ("Confidant" gives it up)

Levi Moines. North Bay & area connections

Sydney Nicola Bennett remembered Levi & Max from Silver Birches & West Ferris & Briefly seen at Wall - Canadore Bar while visiting between 2007-2008. Matt Lunek & others were there including Amber Moffat yet Bennett had to go back to Ottawa or Western Canada focused on work or studies

Everyone knew each other & connected now & then often slightly different social circles yet connected. Matt Lunek may hold no or little liability unlike others

Moines as a family were involved directly in the 2012-2026 attacks on Sydney Nicola Bennett

North Bay - Waterdown / Hamilton Allen - Zahn - Moynes "Moines"

MOYNES, Levi Regis Stephen (Allen Zahn)

Sydney Nicola Bennett does not want to be mean back to the family after NB-OT Labs used them like others yet liability & wrong Vs right. Law-Courts & between Law-Firms existed as did not corrupt Policing options. One call & evidence + descriptions with review before 2012 would have been fine
