Challenges and Current Status:

• Complexity and Cost: They require sophisticated electronics to maintain magnetic stability,.

Torque Challenges: While great for high speed, producing high torque at low speeds (essential for car acceleration) is harder compared to conventional radial flux machines.

Application: Currently, they are in the early, high-performance stage, used in specialized applications like aerospace, high-speed industrial compressors, and by emerging companies. 

Our 200 HP EV Motors or smaller can kick in raising speed then kick off while Maglev takes for 500-1000+ HP once up to speed allowing us potential higher rates with less wear & tear utilizing less parts
