Years later in August 2024, Hughes did it again… this time walking in through an unlocked door and stealing Eminem's bicycle before fleeing. He was caught at a nearby Walmart four days later. On June 17, 2025, after Eminem testified against him in court, Hughes was sentenced to 30 years in prison for first-degree home invasion and aggravated stalking.
